Summary
So many women are tired of feeling sad. .
I have had tons of you reach out to me with your stories of depression and pain. I just want to say that you are not alone and you are in my dua. Outside of this podcast I am working tirelessly to build a village. I am working on community links, courses and nonstop supports that I will be sharing bit by bit until we have you in a better place.
I just had to make this podcast and share some amazing info I found recently. You’ve asked fo it and we are delivering the root causes of depression and small but meaningful life shifts you can do to start feeling better, insh’Allah.
Thank you for continuing to reach out to me and share your stories on my IG page @mindfulmuslimah.
Thank you for trusting me with your most intimate situations and trusting to hear my advice on to make real life changes in a positive direction.
In this podcast, I referenced some other podcasts that may be additional tools for help and healing.
