all right. Yeah, I mean I had followed the story a while ago because it was still kind of undetermined like this was way before the documentary that just came out this year like it was kind of an up in the air thing and I guess for some people it still technically is

although after the doc I don't think so you know how old is this girl so for anybody

who's not really familiar with the story and they may have seen the movie The Orphan.

Natalia Grace was a Ukrainian child, we believed, who was about six years old when she was adopted by these two

parents. They came into some knowledge, so they say that Natalia was maybe not a child, but she

was an adult woman with dwarfism who was posing as a child and was trying to harm their family, which is a duplicate

plot runs in tandem with the storyline of the orphan. So what they basically did was they had Natalia placed in an apartment, which was like

65 miles outside of Indianapolis.

It was in Lafayette, I think, and they abandoned her when she was still technically a child

after they had petitioned in the courts to have her age legally changed from, I think, nine to 22.

So this is some of that story.

And it became this huge subject for debate because eventually like they were arrested on

child neglect because effectively they had left this girl alone who was severely physically

handicapped and there was still sort of this ambiguity in the air about like well what is

know is there anyone who can prove it so that's what we're gonna get into today.
