On November 23rd, 2015, an envelope arrived at the Anandaga County Medical Examiner's

office in Yudica, New York.

The envelope was addressed to the coroner, and next to that, it read, Regarding Mary Yoder.

Inside the envelope was a typed two-page letter.

It was unsigned, but referenced the death of 60-year-old Mary Yoder, a woman who had mysteriously

died just months earlier in July 2015.

Dr. Kenneth Clark had performed the autopsy, and after months of conducting numerous tests,

had finally been able to conclude that the cause of Mary's death was Colchocene toxicity.

The anonymous letter seemed to be arriving at a nearly ideal time.

Dr. Clark had been working with Mary's family, and more recently with law enforcement, to

try and figure out how exactly Mary had ingested the toxin, whether she had accidentally

ingested it through supplements, or whether it was something more sinister.

The letter read, in part, Please forward to acting investigators.

I know police are currently looking into this staff, but I don't know where to send

this information.

This is in regards to the July 22nd, 2015, death of Mary Yoder and Yudica, New York.

If the toxin found in her was Colchocene, Adam Yoder, her son, is responsible.

He told me he did, and moreover, he told me how and where he put the rest of the toxin.

When I saw him a couple of days ago, he appeared agitated, and he said he was the reason for

her death, and he wished he could take it back.

Then he said he got a bottle of Colchocene off online, and put the toxin in one of her

vitamins when he was over at his parents' house.
