Hello everybody. Welcome to the podcast. Welcome to episode number 72. I am so excited to

share this episode with you, but I do have to preface it by letting you know that I had

some tech problems trying to record this. First of all, let me back up. I got an email from

someone as I often do get emails from you guys who are listening and she had some questions

and concerns and wanted some feedback and I typically will answer questions over email

or here on the podcast when I can. But for some reason, I thought that her questions

were really good questions and that they were ones that a lot of people would be able to

relate to and I said, Hey, why don't you just let me coach you and we'll record it and

we'll put it on the podcast and people will get to hear not only just answers to the

questions, but hear some live coaching because for me, some of the most progress I've made

at times has been from hearing someone else get coached, whether it be on an issue that

I can relate to or even when it's one that I can't, but I can see the application in

that other real life scenario and then apply it to myself. So I'm really excited to share

this with you. I'm going to leave her name anonymous because that's what we decided

would be best, but I want you to know that prior to this phone call I had never spoken

to her before. She just reached out to me again with her email. And so this was a real

live coaching call and the other thing, the reason I have to apologize, I mentioned we

had some tech problems. I don't know why this always happens like when I'm trying to

record something really important, but anyway, the first 10 to 15 minutes have some really

annoying background noise that comes in and out like a clicking sound. So I really apologize.
