One of the reasons that he gave for sort of going back and forth

and just hold on and all this type of thing was that he didn't really have what he

thought was a good reason to break up you know obviously beyond the fact that he was

a lot of people do struggle with feeling that there has to be like this amazing perfect reason to break up.

Like they ask for, they ask me like what is a good reason to break up.

And so as a result, I end up talking to people who they've been trying to break up with somebody

for sometimes it's several weeks, but often it's several months a year or even several

years of going back and forth and what's keeping them stuck is are my reasons

valid for not wanting to continue on with this
