That was good to have everyone alone for our little Bible discussion.

Jay, I found something I thought was interesting.

I actually found it on Twitter, but it's like just kind of an interesting little information

called History Defined.

They had something that I thought we might talk about here to get us going today.

It was 10 strange professions that no longer exist.

You get the kind of 10 strange professions that no longer exist.

You don't think about it, but jobs have their own lifespan.

There are things at one time in history that are very important to whatever it is doing,

but later on, because of innovation, they change.

I was going to bounce these alfayoms and get your comments on them and see what you think.

These are 10 strange professions that no longer exist.

The first one is one of my favorites. It's the Human Alarm Clock.

This was the job back in 1800s.

You wouldn't think about needing it, but so there were no alarm clocks, right?

Everybody just got up when the sun rose, but not everybody did, especially in cities.

They would have these people, they were known as Human Alarm clocks, or they call them knocker uppers,

because they had these long sticks.
