1:14.4	October 14, 2022, Pittsburgh pro-life leader Herb Guarantee was indicted in charge with
1:19.3	violating the Face Act and connection with a non-violent pro-life direct action that occurred
1:25.2	in 2020 in Washington, D.C. This comes as part of an aggressive campaign from the Biden
1:30.4	administration's Department of Justice under Merrick Garland to target peaceful pro-life activists.

1:42.8	activists have been charged with the Face Act this year. This is an even more, this is even
1:47.8	more shocking because there have been no arrests or charges brought against any of the individuals

2:00.4	summer. If convicted, Herb and other defendants, each face up to 11 years in prison,
