The first thing, right, you have to make sure that you're building the right audience because somebody can go buy 100,000 followers and they're not going to get any sales, right, because those customers, they're not really yours, they were bought, right?

So it has to start with actually building your audience.

Make sure you're building the audience that matches your ideal customer, right?

And you have to make sure that you're consistently providing them value,

consistently engaging with them,

and especially for me, like in my brands,

being transparent really helps because people don't want to buy

from a company.

People want to buy from a person, right?
