Of course. So what did you just obviously did breathwork with me, but I've, I've experienced breathwork, but that was a lot different. And you, you walk me through a journey. And I can definitely say, like, yeah, that was a journey. It's hard for me to put in the words. So let's talk about that. Yeah. I just took you through a hypno-breathwork session. And hypno-breathwork has three components to it. So there's the breathwork, which is the

experiential therapy, and that's when you're really releasing any suppressed emotions or stuck

energy that's living in your nervous system or your psyche. And then there was hypnotic

suggestions so I could give you focal points so we could reprogram and rewire any limiting

beliefs or unfulfilled values.

And then there was visioning so that you could mentally rehearse the next level, feel it like

you already have it. And it really shifts your energy. And then the most important part of our

journeys is what's your next intuitive action step? So it goes from this internal cathartic
