sense of duty. That is to say, we're going to talk a little bit

about the Republican convention. I just feel like I probably have to say something about it.

This is actually the first time there's been a major party convention since the show started,

because the show started in September of 2013. So I can't go on what have I done in the past because I haven't been faced with a major party convention in the past.

So have I covered it before?

This is the first time.

So I guess, all right.

We'll do an episode on it.

So I thought, let's talk to somebody who is knowledgeable about the Republican Party, who's had some role in it, and who's

just a smart and good guy all around, and boy, that's hard to find. It turns out that one of the

handful of people meeting those requirements is Dr. Murray Sabren, who's been a guest on the show

before. Murray has twice sought the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in New Jersey.

He is a professor of finance at Ramapo College in New Jersey, where he has taught for over 30 years.

And I thought he'd be a good guy to talk to about what's going on over there.
