0:20.0	I think we're just going to have a history lesson today.

0:25.0	It's today we're going to read about Meditations of Marcus Aurelius.
0:30.0	I really dig your book. It's cool.

0:33.0	So everybody, yeah, digital here. Everybody has seen in a gladiator.
0:37.0	So we know who Marcus, Max and the Stess and Miss Morrilius, Stessicus,
0:41.0	Right. So Marcus Aurelius is a gentleman in history.
0:46.0	In the Roman Empire, we're going to get into it today, talk about him and this,
0:52.0	his meditations, which are really a discussion on, I know it's going to get a little bit,
0:59.0	it's interesting, but these are kind of his writings, what he thought.
1:04.0	He's quite the general warrior, um, leader of military, um, at a time in Rome that was pretty spectacular.
1:13.0	Um, he's a pretty renowned figure, heroic type figure in history and also a philosopher of sorts.
1:21.0	And in his meditations, you learn, you get inside into some pearls of wisdom from a great, from a great leader.
1:29.0	And we're going to get into that today.
