And so this content, man, it comes with sacrifice with some, you know, some.

And today, today was an extra sacrifice because I woke up at six,

which actually you gave me an extra 30 minutes of sleep,

who is just nice of you.

But I felt weird when I woke up.

I didn't know what it was.

I was like, man,

something's just off with me right now.

And then I remember that I had

super spicy tie yesterday and it all hit me the second I woke up. So dealing with pretty hot

butt this morning as well, but I'm just going to power through. Well, we appreciate it. I

always enjoy the Wednesday pods and it's it's kind of awesome to be on it.

So Andrew's got some personal stuff he's dealing with.
