So welcome to On a Shame. We're just kind of catching up on the week that was.

Two days ago she was saying she just walked by and she said, you need to help me.

I just need to lose a little weight.

That's a tough question.

I thought to myself, okay, she's aware that she's a little bit too plump.

So as if I cared, which I don't.

Well, I would have been a good thing to say.

But she said, you know, you know, you help me.

Asked for help to lose weight.

So this morning, you know, she was with one of the sisters, you know, when they travel around, they go to town and back and they're not another.

They shop, they go to flowers, shops and this net, so I just told her, well, look, every time you'll do that, you always eat out.

Meaning go to a restaurant on Sundays, Miss Kay has an entourage of individuals all in one group.

And they go, she always puts the bill as it turns out.

And they have a big feed.

Not a fat reliver.

So I just got to looking at it.

They're having a lot of feeds.

And I said, well, why don't you just, instead of every time someone's on Sundays to take the entourage and buy everyone a dinner,
