Reasons why these seed packets have sprouted in people's mailboxes range from a terrorist

plot to spread noxious weeds or invasive bugs that would be at blight on our nation's

agriculture.

Or possibly something called a brushing scam, which is when a company sends unsolicited

products to people and then they generate reviews on their behalf.

Either way, state officials are urging those that have received these mysterious seeds

Whatever you do, do not plant them or throw them away in a fashion that could allow the
