0:09.5	everything or if it went so fast that I too missed everything because I feel like I have no
0:18.7	idea where all of the months have gone. I know I've been held up in this
0:25.3	little teeny tiny corner of my bedroom and in most corners of my bedroom, or shall I say the kitchen,
0:32.8	the kitchen corner of my house for what seems like an eternity this year, truly like almost the
0:38.9	entire year. And y'all know if you hang out with me on Instagram that I get out a lot,
0:45.6	but still, we all have been hanging around our houses quite a bit. And that doesn't seem to
0:53.0	change how busy we truly feel and how busy we are. I know for all of you
1:00.0	that are here, you gravitate towards accomplishment and achievement and busyness and
1:06.0	productivity and doing things just like I do. And on this very day, December 1st, for the next 31 days, I am taking it upon myself to
1:19.6	truly slow down.
1:21.5	While I have some incredibly monumental goals set for myself just on the other side of the new year in
1:32.0	2021 that I am preparing for. I still wants to bring the spirit of slowing down. And so this
