Can you believe that it is already December 1st? I don't know if time went so slow that like I missed

0:09.5

everything or if it went so fast that I too missed everything because I feel like I have no

0:18.7

idea where all of the months have gone. I know I've been held up in this

0:25.3

truly slow down.

1:21.5

While I have some incredibly monumental goals set for myself just on the other side of the new year in

2021 that I am preparing for. I still wants to bring the spirit of slowing down. And so this

1:40.2

podcast episode is specifically to teach you how to take time off work for the holidays.

1:47.9

So even if you ramp up and you get a whole bunch done and you feel like you want to do

1:53.3

all of the things this Christmas season, which I would love if you have not listened to the

1:59.7

episode before this one,

2:01.0

for you to go and listen to how you can slow down,

2:05.8

how you can truly begin to take some things off of your plate.

2:09.1

That episode was super duper.

2:11.7

It's episode 66, the one just before this one.

2:15.6

But even if you get to a place where you're like, all I want to do is just not
