Hey, Banners, just finished with Jim and as ever with the interviews we've done with Jim, it's brilliant, but it covers so many topics.

We talk about his challenge to

kayak across the British Isles that's starting at the River Humber and going all the way through

the UK, all the way across Ireland and through Ireland. Really fun. But then we also talk about

the evolution of rat race. We last spoke to him around the COVID period and just really talking about how they've changed in the offerings they do.

If you don't know rat race, they do massively bucket list adventures.

So it could be running across the Galapagos.

It could be things in the Arctic Circle or running across the Mib Desert to get to the wreck of a boat that is in the middle

of the desert that was dumped there decades ago. Those types of races and how he's seen the

industry change and their offering has changed in the last five years. So you're going to really

Isles.

He's just told me that it's slightly different to what I was expecting, part of the story,

but also because Rat Race have changed so much through the years,

it's always great to hear from him,

not only what's happening with his company,

but I think it gives a good reflection and a good insight

into how the industry is changing, how the customer's changing,
