Do you say Mr. when it's an attorney, or do you say something else? People just call me James Smith or, you know, lawyer, dad. So usually, you know, James Smith, Esquire.

But I think Mr. usually is for older people.

And I know that I've got a little bit more gray since I saw, you know, a little less hair. So if you call me Mr., it's going to make me feel older. Well, you know how like with doctors, like, doctor whoever or like stuff like that. So I didn't know if you guys have like a. Usually people say like attorney Smith or attorney James.

Attorney James.

Or so on S.

So, Esquire.

are you trying a case right now or something?

I actually just had a case this past week in federal court, and then I was gone for a while.

I was up in Pensacola, Florida, and had a very interesting case up there.

I was a client who was accused of kidnapping and sexual assault.

He was arrested as a result of a woman who complained that she'd gone out drinking one night,

passed out, and then she woke up the next morning in the car with, as she called him, a strange black man.

And so she said she remembers waking up, begging him to take her to her car,

and then she said she blacked out again and woke up a few hours later the next morning.

Her parents came over.

They told her that she needed to go to the doctor.
