From 400m sprints and tutus to the most quad destroying WOD ever, we had another amazing experience at this year’s Girls Gone Rx competition, and in this episode we recap every awesome and sweaty (and sometimes painful) moment… and talk about how hard it is to go down stairs right now. The struggle is real, people! And now that the comp is over and fall is here, it’s time to re-visit our summer goals, including having to convince Joy that seeing a concert outdoors doesn’t count as hiking, and set some fall goals. Like to eat more pumpkin things. That’s a good goal, right? Pumpkin spice up your life, guys!
