these things. And the first one is, are artificial sweeteners safe? Can you consume them? Or are they

going to cause some serious issues? Are they bad for your gut health? Are they promoting cancer in

these other diseases? Are they toxic to the brain? All these different rumors. Well, I just gave it away.

The rumors, all these myths that are really scaring people from eating artificial sweeteners that

they're just unnecessary. So today we're going to dive into that. We're going to explain why

those rumors and miss actually came about and why they're actually totally safe. They're probably

going to help you with your weight loss goals and exactly how much of them you can consume

without any worry whatsoever. The second question is going to be how deep of a deficit can you go in
