The I've tried I.F. or I've tried OMAT and it doesn't seem to be working. And we're going to come at it from a real life perspective as well as a personal experience perspective, but then also we're going to bring in some research today.

So I'm super excited because this is one of the biggest cruxes of the diets and weight loss world and

why people come to fasting is because they want the weight loss benefits,

Yeah, I think it's one of the most common things that we hear is about the plateau.

And you know, once you get started doing any sort of fasting, it can be really surprising in the beginning when you start to see that that plateau happening
