Summary

A couple of weeks ago I had a HUGE public speaking gig that I was super nervous about. I was scheduled to speak in front of my son Henry's 1st grade class! I knew that if I could keep the attention of this group of six year olds for 30 minutes then I was doing pretty good! So I delivered a talk about my three rules for having an awesome day: 1. Learn something. 2. Show love. 3. Feel inspired. My third rule sparked some conversation about the difference between being motivated and being inspired and I thought "What a great idea for a podcast!". So listen in on this episode as I discuss: *The key difference between being motivated and being inspired. *How this will impact your transformation success. *Three critical questions that you need to ask yourself right now so that you can remain inspired. *How this thought process will be a game changer for those that are trying to re-lose weight. Here is the link to download the freebie from "The PHD gives you something FREE" segment of the show: www.TransformationCoach.Me/p/bpw After you finish listening to this episode please leave me a rating/review.
