My producer, the producer of the Tom Wood Show,

A.J. Van Slyke, is here to chit-chat about his own story and the story of the show, but also

really his story. How did he get going? How did he become a libertarian? How did he get into

this whole business? He wound up working for Peter Schiff in various capacities and so on.

So it's an interesting sort of case study about of a person who wanted to do this and wound up doing it.

So I would say that the basic lesson of what we're talking about in this episode, whether it's

his experience or mine, particularly mine with the show, the lesson is just go ahead and start

doing what you want to do. Just start it up. Don't worry about that the timing is not exactly

right or things aren't exactly perfect. It never will be. So just go ahead and start up,

whatever it is you want to do. So if it's that website, go ahead and do it.

If it's a podcast, if it's some organization you want to start, whatever it is, just start it up and stop waiting for that mythical, perfect time because then you'll never do it.
