Tony Azar, a former computer engineer, began flipping single family homes in 2003. In 2007, as the real estate market shifted, Tony purchased his first multi-family building, consisting of 104 units. As Tony turned his attention from single family homes to multi-family investing he built Capstone MultiFamily Group & MACC Properties to an existing portfolio of 3,400 units in North Carolina.
