Okay, welcome back to episode six of the She Need Says podcast. Today we have Louise Macdonnell, who

0:15.1

also known as LMD. That's all I know you as as well. So, um, and this is her first ever podcast. I thought that I was

0:22.2

looking for a podcast for her today and I was like, oh my God, is this the first ever interview?

0:26.5

And I think she's a little bit because she's going to dig deep into her. But this one is all

0:30.8

about, we're trying to get, um, inspire girls to do more entrepreneurship sort of stuff because

0:37.4

I actually had an interview there with universities who are to study in international business and only 6% of the population of entrepreneurs are women well that's what she told me I don't know if that's completely true and I was like oh my god I think this will be perfect for me and Louise to talk about because I think people need to know that it's possible.

0:59.1

So first of all, I want you to like introduce yourself. Okay, perfect. So guys, hi, it's Louise.

1:08.0

Like Chenade had said, this is my first podcast. So I am very good at listening to them,

1:13.5

but whenever it comes to doing them, I am literally shilling myself here right now. So if my voice

1:21.2

trembles, just that normally doesn't tremble whenever I'm talking about it might today. But so,

1:26.6

and I just myself, oh God, where do I start right? Okay, I don't even know what I'm talking about I might today. But so, and I just myself, oh God, where do I start

1:28.5

right? Okay. I am. I don't even know what I am. I know that exact feeling. And I just want to say

1:35.4

you're an entrepreneur. And when I went to an entrepreneur meeting, I was like, what do I call myself?

1:41.2

And they were like, art of an air. And I'm like, oh oh no like that sounds so big habit and they're like

1:47.1

no that's not how it works like we own it and we need to show people that you know other people can be in

1:52.4

the same light so yeah so yeah so I suppose I do and there's certain aspects I would call myself that

2:00.2

but then again I do like to keep in mind that

2:02.7

obviously I started off from doing makeup so if I didn't do makeup I wouldn't be here on this

2:08.5

podcast today so I still like to call myself a makeup artist even though I am branching out to

2:15.4

so many different other things like makeup now,

2:17.7

especially with the whole pandemic, carry on.

2:19.9

Like it is probably the least I'm doing at the minute.
