take control. I'm Andrew Aboa and I started girls talk because of my own struggles with mental

health. The thing that brought me out the other side was knowing I wasn't in this alone, talking

about my problems with my girls and moving my body to clear my head.

Which is why every episode I'm going to invite my friends to talk, share, listen and take control

of our shit.

Because together, we will become individually and

collectively stronger, inspire each other and create a badass community. So, listen to us when you
