Hey, everybody, welcome to another episode of the show. I really talked up this episode the other day, but as you're going to hear for yourselves, I was not

exaggerating. I mean, you're going to have to pause and catch your breath in the middle of this

episode. I'm telling you, because my guest today is Dale Brown. Commander Dale Brown is the

founder of the Detroit Threat Management Center. And all I'll say right now is that he founded that at a time when the

Detroit police either could not or would not deal with the problem of violent crime. And so

Dale Brown created a private, voluntary alternative that sought to do three things. First, try to stop all this violent crime.

Second, try to prevent crime from occurring in the first place. And third, try to avoid violence.

Try to diffuse situations without violence. It is an incredible story, and I know you're going to enjoy it.
