the conversation went in many different directions because I've got a month for a

multiple of reasons and we didn't really have a fixed narrative of what this interview is going to be.

But oh, it's great because part of the reason why I think you'll enjoy this episode is because it lets you relive

some of the incredible stories of Josh Naler and also some of the stories that Feet in the

clouds talked about. But we also talk about the effect of it 20 years on, the effect on

Richard's life and kind it 20 years on, the effect on Richard's life,

We just had a conversation before we came on about how we sometimes do things in the wrong order

and how having read an article he'd written, I thought was fantastic to do a Josh Naler

last month or two months ago um i thought oh i'd love to be able to tell more about josh so i then

reached out to richard and then it occurred to me that why have we not spoken to Richard for any point in this last, what, 12 years or so, given that

he pretty much kick started nearly all of our routes into trail running with feet in the clouds.

And it's the 20th year anniversary. So we've had a conversation already about,
