Time for Golden Trail Diaries, Poland.

Hey, do baders, it's the Golden Trail Diaries again.

I've not done this with every time I've been away, but when I get a sense there's going to be a lot of

different stories and things going on, then that's when I decide, maybe we should do

the diaries again, where the idea of this is anything I noticed about the race, the athletes,

the location, I hopefully give you a bit of an insight into what

it's like to be on tour with the Golden Trail. And also to see how athletes manage themselves

and what the differences are in their approaches and experience and how they interact, because

it's, it's, a lot of it's very different to what you'd expect

and so hopefully this another golden trail diary should give you a little bit more insight into

what it's like to be a professional athlete and what it's like to go and talk with the golden trail
