Welcome back this week. This week's been a pretty exciting one. It's been exhausting, but exciting and exciting because I've been in the studio,

re-recording every single deep imagining from every single workshop that we have.

And I've actually added a new prompts. I've changed up a few things and I am creating some new deep imaginings for the daily programming exercise.

I think it's really cool, really exciting stuff that I actually want because I listen to these as well and do the work with you.

So things that feel outdated to me, I'm like, let's change this.

I've learned a new practices I've learned and it'll have excellent audio quality. So for anybody.

Thank you for actually everybody who has stuck with us.

We're finding this process and growing so quickly and maturing into this phase.

It'll be a lot nicer very soon.

I'm also really excited because I'm heading up to the forest house this weekend with my closest girlfriends and they're bringing all of their kids.

I'm going to enjoy up there every year. There's a county fair, which is like the thing.

Anybody who's from that area knows what I'm talking about. It's kind of like a high school reunion.

I personally had not been back since high school until last year because my girlfriend happened to be there that weekend and we took her son.

And so we're going to go and do all the things. The river is really perfect this time of year all the way until October because we had such a late snowmell last year.
