So I've officially just wrapped up seven days of Pachakarma at Sardiya Spa with Marta.

And five days before that, three of them, I did the banana treatment. If anybody's ever

heard of that, at the suggestion of a few friends, including my meditation teacher, Jack, you guys

have heard her podcast episode before. Everybody suggests that this is like a real necessity. And so I

got in touch with Marta. We've also had her on the podcast before as well of Sardiya Spa. And

just wanted to see if they did that. And of course, during the consultation, we decided to do

the Pachakarma together. And I'm not, I paid full price for this. I didn't get a discount. So
