Somebody has to right. I appreciate it. All right so let's get to Michael Flynn first.

An appeals court has ordered the judge in the Michael Flynn case to drop the charges against him.

Now this has been such a weird twist of events in the last couple of months. The way that it's gone.

The DOJ ordered that the charges be dropped. The judge said well hold on a second.

We're not going to drop those charges just yet which was unprecedented. And I mean we talked to

you guys watch the program. Josh Hammer was on the program and Josh Hammer is like

as smart as it gets okay and and also an attorney and knows these things and he said this is

completely unprecedented for a judge to do and say well hold on. It's almost like when you're getting

married and they're like well if anyone disagrees with this union speak now or forever hold your

piece. If anyone wants to stand up and give more information as to why this guy should stay in

jail you guys let us know. So of course an appeals court now has ordered that the judge drop the

charges. Jason I know that you have been on this you have been researching this way more than

anyone else. So tell us what you know about it and what sticks out to you. So we're starting with

just that portion of it just the. Yeah but you have to segue into whatever you'd like.
