Today we're going to talk about the incredible power you bring into your life when you embrace taking risks. Now so many people get caught up in the comfort zone. You know they coast through life instead of truly embracing life.

And as you know, the comfort zone may be a warm place but nothing grows there. So what is risk risk is that space between your comfort zone and your dreams.

And it's also when you discover what you're made of and who you really are. Now unless you're pushing yourself and trying things beyond your current level, you're never going to grow.

There's a quote you've probably heard regarding a ship, maybe ship being in a harbor, how it's safe. But we all know that's not what ships are made for, right? Same for you.

Here's the bottom line. The greatest danger in life is when you risk nothing. When you don't risk anything, you're actually more at risk.

So many people are afraid of failure when what they should be afraid of is regret. The only time you discover anything is when you risk failure.

And I'm sure you know if you're listening to me enough that I call failure seminars because they're only a real failure if you don't get back up from getting knocked down or you don't get the lesson.

And there's always a lesson. Me personally, I've built 24 different businesses and I'm blessed to say some have been worth tens of millions of dollars.

But most have been spectacular flaming seminars, right? We fail our way to success. So back to risk. If it's something you've been thinking about, say it's something in your mind.

Let me tell you it's worth taking a risk. The Dalai Lama said great love and great achievements involve great risk.

Every business you may want to start and every product or service you may create and try to sell has risks, but that's okay because it's impossible to accomplish anything in life without taking those risks.

Sometimes your knees might be shaking, but if you know in your heart, you're doing the right thing and you love it, stick with it because when we stop taking risks, we stop living our lives.

To be truly free, truly free requires taking risks. Now in our changing world, which is frankly changing so quickly, if you want a strategy that's guaranteed to fail, don't take any risks.

Now I know if you're watching or listening to me, you want success, whatever your definition of that is, and to achieve that success, you've got to want that success more than you fear failure.

So many people succumb to fear and they take no risks and they play it safe and they end up living a life that has no magic whatsoever.
