Welcome back to the expanded podcast. So today we're doing a really fun episode because it's our year anniversary since we launched. And what do we have lately? How many downloads now?

Probably closer to two million now. So we have to thank you guys so much because without you, we wouldn't even be there in the fact that you're sharing with your friends and your community, your family.

We're just so floored by that. So for this episode, we kind of wanted to reintroduce ourselves and you guys have noticed Lila has really been a part of the podcast and she's going to become far more of it because she's going to actually start doing some episodes herself, which I think you guys will find very expansive because

she gets to come at it more in layman's terms rather than me who's tried most of the systems you're learning about. Lila gets to start from the beginning with you. So you'll extract a lot more information.

Outside, it's a really nice day. It's beautiful. We both went to separate watering holes yesterday. I went to the river and I went to Hornets Nest, which you'll see on the the foresthouse guide.
