And today we're going to talk about knee pain, achy knees, fixing knee issues, and how that's done.

So there's a lot of you out there that have jumpers knee or kneeitis or some kind of knee problem, knee pain.

Like a lot of guys can put on a heavy pack and they're like, I feel really good until they've been their knee

took quite a degree and then it's like the knee gives out.

Because a lot of times they don't have strength beyond that range of motion because they never put themselves

with a knee under load that vent.

You know, if you never, you know, use your muscle in that position, you don't have muscle in that position.

And take it back to having two extreme knee injuries.

Like even that physical therapy when you're coming out of your brace like after surgery.

Because you had surgery.

I had two knee surgeries on the one knee.

And they're pretty extensive.

And that range of motion, like you don't think about it because a month ago or eight weeks ago,

you were normal when you come out of that brace and you go to even straight in your leg or

bend it a little bit. It doesn't want to go.

It doesn't want to go and it hurts bad, you know.

And so even in a 15 minute period of sitting there stretching, like putting your knee on the table

or your foot and pulling your foot towards your knee, you can see in 10, 15 minutes it starts to

gain more range of motion.

You know, more and more over that time.

And you take it in a life situation if you do this every day, which I was seven very good at all
