Harnessing the power of delegation is one of the most important decisions you can make, which I'll get into in a minute.

There's no question you can pretty much do anything, but what many people don't realize is they can't do everything.

Now, if you're doing those things that you could pay someone significantly less than what you're worth per hour to do for you, but you're doing them, then you're making a big mistake, my friend.

As much as I enjoy being outside and washing my cars and even running around on my silly lawnmower, it's not an effective and valuable use of my time.

We only have so much available time in our lives and successful people know that time is our absolute most important resource, especially when you're grinding and hustling for a few years of your life like most people won't so you can live the rest of your life like most people can't.

Successful people know they need to maximize their time and their reach in every imaginable way.

Now, I often get asked the question, who is the first person I should hire for my multi-family business? And I always answer a personal assistant or an executive assistant.

Why? Because that person will give you freedom like you've not experienced before.

You become so much more effective and your ability to execute is greatly enhanced when you can delegate items that don't require your direct involvement to people that you trust with those tasks.

Now, when you do that, it allows the people that you're delegating to to improve their own skills and their own judgments.

Now, I would encourage you not just to delegate your tasks, but to also delegate them authority.
