When I began this podcast 54 episodes ago, I was hoping it would grow and maybe reach a handful of people,

helping them to figure out if they were ready to move forward

with a life without alcohol, or maybe to inspire them to pick up some new tools if they were already

sober.

My biggest inspiration was to make sure that we addressed the fear of missing out and to talk to guests who had plenty of sobriety who could share their personal experiences and prove that life doesn't end when you quit drinking and I think we've done that and we're going to keep building around that message in the upcoming year.

When I launched last July, I was so excited when I had 1800 downloads in my first month. But by June of 2019

wrapping up my first year I averaged 18,000 downloads a month and that's a lot more than a handful.
