If you're getting value from this podcast, I would just be super grateful if you took literally one minute and went to iTunes and left me a five star review or even a comment if you feel so inclined. So then I don't feel guilty when I take time to recharge my favorite thing in the world to do is to spend time with my bride on vacations that we |

You're much more effective if you take the time to regularly recharge so that when you do work, you're in the zone, you know, that refreshing or recharging or renewing is critical to being fully engaged and focused when you're working on something. You're not just recharging your body when you take a break. |
| 2:29.4 | You're also recharging your mind. And of course, if you're recharging with the people that matter the most in your life, you're renewing those relationships as well. | 3:13.4 | Now, one great way to recharge is through meditation. There are lots of ways to meditate. It can be just as simple as focusing on your breathing for a few minutes or utilizing one of the many apps that you can download on your phone to meditate. |

| 3:47.1 | Now, I've worked out my entire life and since I'm in pretty good shape, I'm able to enjoy my time off and do the things that I might not be able to do if I hadn't worked so hard to stay in shape. |
| 3:57.1 | Now, we all go through cycles as it relates to our health and our fitness. So if you're at the bottom of one of your cycles, just get back on that treadmill, get back to that gym. Don't beat yourself up. Just get back to it. |
