Today we are beginning, I guess what you can loosely call conservation month here on

the Wired to Hunt Podcast.

Starting this week and over the next three, four, five weeks maybe, I want to explore

a series of different ideas and topics related to how we have this awesome thing we call

deer hunting, how it is that we have deer and wild places to chase them and the good fortune

to enjoy this lifestyle that we love so much.

I want to take a little time here in the off season to talk about those things, to

talk about how we got here, to talk about what we need to do now to make sure we can keep

having these great things.

So that's the game plan.

It's going to be interesting.
