It is the end of the week.

We always love Fridays here because frankly, we get burned out by Wednesdays.

So Friday cannot come soon enough.

October 11th.

And really, we would typically do either a foreign policy Friday, free for all Friday.

But I want to do something a little bit different.

We promised at the beginning of the week to talk about what really matters in the country,

which is only one branch of government that matters.

And that's the judiciary.

But we got sidetracked.

There's a lot going on with Syria, Turkey, the Kurds, always our jailbreak, sanctuary,

border narratives that we are going to continue talking about.

But I do want to get back to the courts.

So next week, Congress is going to come back in session and there really is nothing doing.

Democrats will push their agenda as they always do, but they don't have the Senate.

So most of it won't pass.

Although some stuff does get through, even with Republican majority and Republican president.

And Republicans in control of the Senate will not push anything from their end, even in
