I just did something that I don't think I've done in a very, very long time.

The software on my computer at an update and the software for the podcast.

And I got on here and recorded an entire episode of the podcast, the intro,

the entire episode itself, only to find out that it didn't actually record the episode.

And so just one of those days, what I really wanted to talk to you about is

something really important that's launching tomorrow. We've been working on it for almost a year

at the grassroots law project. It's one of the most important moments of my life.

And more importantly, it is one of the most important moments of the life of a man that we are

trying to save. And I want to give you a bit of a preview today. Tomorrow I'll talk all about the

Now that I have some tech problems, I've lost my confidence. As I record this, I keep thinking,

I'm on a tight schedule. Monday, I have a day full of meetings on on Mondays and Wednesdays.

And Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are a little different. But

about almost a year ago, I learned about a man that was being charged with a murder that he did not

commit. And they were pursuing the death penalty. It's in Texas. Of course, it's in Texas. And

I immediately wanted to figure out how like, you know, like how can I learn more about the case?

And it took me several months, I think, from August of last year through December until I really

started understanding what the case was about. And from December all the way through today,
