Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast.

0:05.1

I'm quite tired this morning when I'm recording this, but I'm also very excited for this.

0:10.4

So today I am at FET Expo.

0:15.0

Actually, more than the point yesterday I was at FIXpo, which is why I'm so tired.

0:19.5

And we did, we being Amelia and I, which we just come as a pair now,

0:24.9

we did an interview with Sophia at Fit Expo. And we actually only got halfway through the

0:31.0

1:19.6

client base, not actually not my clients, but my population base is that you cannot lose fat around

1:26.9

menopause. And I guess extrapolating that out to kind of like

1:30.4

aging as a negative thing, inherently negative thing. And I'm probably going to butcher this, but I read

1:36.2

something recently and it was talking about how your body in terms of societal beauty ideals and realistically, probably in terms of health and the way it functions,

1:48.7

is in many ways a depreciating asset, whereas your mind isn't appreciating asset,

1:56.5

and that maybe we should be focusing more on that side of things and not just on the way that we look.
