Hello and welcome to this Q&A episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. I'm actually on my own today

0:06.5

because Ruth is on holiday and I had to just do it at a time that fitted me because I didn't want to disturb Andy.

0:15.1

So this is a little bit different but I'm actually quite excited for the new challenge. So these are some questions from the commit to six group.

0:24.3

And I'll get started with the first one, which is, I mentioned to my husband today that the

0:31.2

scale hasn't gone down in a while.

0:33.2

And although old me, and although old me, slightly frustrated, knew me, just goes on with my day.

Okay, so would be. Right, okay. His response was, maybe it's not going to go any lower. He's my

1:31.1

metric. It's going to be a range where you look, feel and perform at your best. And that won't be like

1:40.2

exactly 60 kilograms. It might be like, I don't know, 60 to 64 kilograms. That kind of range.

1:47.7

Like, oh, hey, like, that's actually generally where I feel my best. And the other point is,

1:53.2

throughout your life, this will probably change, right? Like, that kind of weight where you feel your

1:58.4

best, that might change from when you're 20 to when you're 40,

2:03.2

or from when you live in the UK to when you live in Australia, or from when you have X job to
