Jody's had this great idea that we're going to record at the end of the interviews,

just a little intro to the episode saying what's happened.

And it's a really good idea.

I can't believe it's taken as 500 episodes to realize that.

And it's going to save Nick a huge amount of time having to edit a best

of at the start instead. So we've already spoken to Lucy and if you don't know Lucy Bartholomew

wow, from the age of 15 she ran 100K. She then went on to be, she won the Montblanc Marathon,

Junie Montblanc Marathon. She won the Sky Running

Championship, World Champion as a junior, went on to be third in UTMB, but we've got her on to talk

to us about her dad's doing Western States and making a documentary about it. It's super cool.

Yeah, this is this interview is really, really good.

It brings up all the kind of things that you would expect if you were running with a member

of your family and everything that she went through, both before and after.

And still, there's so much of it that's going to be played out.
