Hello and welcome to the Gritty Podcast. I'm your host with the evening, the Gritty

Bromant. Today's podcast is a gear podcast specifically the gear that Brian has been using

throughout this elk season. Some of the gear changes kind of for the beginning of the month

towards the end of the month. One thing I want to tell you guys about before we get into the

podcast, Brian didn't have on hand the actual handgun that he mentions or the holster that he

was using. He was using my wife's safari land. It's safari land holster. It's hard plastic.

The gun goes in there and you have to hit there's a little lever that you can hit with your middle

finger and then you can pull it out. Go check them out. They're pretty cheap but I dig them.

You can put them on your vinyl harness down the back of your pants on your side. They kind of

clip wherever and they kind of act like an extra and extra layer of safety I suppose because one

that sits in the holster unless you can pull it out. You can't fire it. So it's kind of cool.
