I did an Instagram live yesterday with my buddy Shane Sweat. We did an Instagram live or it may have just been a Zoom call. I think it was Instagram seven or eight years ago. |

0:28.9 | Pretty crazy. And so yesterday, we were texting back and forth talking about, hey, we're getting older. |

0:39.6 | own training, what about your family? And so him and I were talking about these things. I said, |
0:45.0 | man, we need to share this stuff because here we are creeping up on each 50. Here we are |
0:51.2 | thinking differently about strength training with regards to athletics, strength training |
0:57.8 | with regards to getting older, quote unquote, and had to share it. |
