Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. I hope whatever you're doing,

0:05.8

you're having a fantastic day and I hope that this adds to it. So this week I thought I would

0:12.8

talk about mindset, shocking, but I thought I'd talk about it around a couple of messages that I got

0:19.3

this week and actually, to be

0:21.2

honest, today, which gave me some inspiration to write this or to think about what I want to talk

0:25.5

about on the podcast. So the first one was a WhatsApp message from a busy mum who was asking

0:32.7

about signing up and she was essentially asking, which is a completely legitimate question,

0:38.2

1:12.6

I don't know.

1:13.5

But something is always, always better than nothing.

1:17.4

Now that has to come from both sides.

1:19.0

So the coach has to be like, okay, how can we adapt this to what you can do?

1:22.8

But then also the client has to not just give up because they can't do the exact workout, the exact way

1:29.7

that it's currently been programmed. You will still get incredible results doing like half a workout,

1:36.3

doing anything that you can actually do. And like my own workouts at the moment are such a good

1:43.1

example of this. Like I do nothing particularly well. I

1:47.2

certainly don't spend the optimal amount of time in the gym. I don't do very long workouts.
