0:56.3	you know, the world kind of went, felt a little bit nuts with COVID-19. And I wanted to be
1:02.8	able to step up and serve at a higher level, not just the people who pay me, but also, you know,
1:09.4	people who just might need some help. And so I started doing
1:12.4	these live coaching calls where I bring people on using Zoom and then those who are brave and
1:20.6	want coaching can raise their hand and then I coach them. And I thought that you might benefit
1:24.7	from hearing one of those coaching calls. Once you can get an
1:28.7	idea of what coaching is even like. I know before I had a life coach, I didn't really even know
1:33.6	what life coaching was. And so maybe you've never heard what it sounds like to have a life coach.
1:38.2	But also, I think the issues that these women brought and the coaching that happened might benefit you and would benefit
1:46.4	other people that weren't on the call. So I want to share that with you. So that's what I'm going to
