Hi everyone, welcome to Young Adulting Podcast. I'm Becca Freeman and I'm Grace

0:24.0

Atwood and we're here today to talk to you about adulting. Today is our fifth episode and we are

0:31.2

tackling advice. Yeah, you send us some questions. We still haven't had to make any up. I think we're

0:36.8

I think we're past it. I think this is a real sign of success. We are not making up questions.

0:41.8

But you've gotten asked with so many great inquiries that we're going to tackle. But first we're

0:48.4

going to talk about ourselves. Yes. So let's talk about highs and lows as always. Becca, what was the

0:54.8

best part of your week? Oh my god, mine is really lame. But okay, so last night I went to the best

1:03.1

soul cycle class. They played like all of Cardi B's new album, like that new Drake song. It was so

1:10.2

good. You know how I feel about soul cycle. I am so basic when it comes to soul cycle. There's

1:15.2

1:34.4

So it's funny that you say that that's really early because that's my bedtime. Oh,

1:39.4

it's like six months ago it was not my bedtime. I used to go to bed at like one or two. Yeah,

1:44.4

I've been going to bed earlier. I usually go to bed like between like, I don't know like maybe

1:48.7

around 11, 30 or midnight. And it's been awesome. Like I think you know how they say that you

1:58.9

should get eight hours of sleep a night. Yeah. Like I think that's my minimum. Like I think I should

2:04.9

actually get closer to nine hours. I've been saying that I need 10 hours of sleep for a long time

2:09.6

and I know that I don't actually and I typically get seven to eight. Like I don't actually sleep 10

2:13.6

hours, but I would love to sleep 10 hours a night. But anyway, I'm feeling great. I'm just like

2:18.8

good going about early working out. What are you? What's your high? So my high is similarly lame.

2:26.5

I deleted all of my dating apps this week and it is not because I'm seeing someone. I'm not
