Corey Jacobson and Corey and I got into who is about 11 time world elk, calling champion in

elk 101, founder owner, did extreme elk magazine for a long time, killed lots of elk that guy

and cool dude and friend. There. Now you know who Corey is. There's few people who didn't seem to

know and they were like I'm four minutes into this show. Ten minutes I don't even know who this guy is.

So if you don't know that's cool. He's a good guy. On this episode we get kind of deep. We start

talking about you know real deep meaning life stuff and it kind of came up because recently

my cousin Ben, his son died, his oldest son and we went to the funeral a little over a month ago.

I don't want to about a month ago and you know to lose a child is I don't know I can't imagine it.

So I asked Corey about how does he overcome loss and failure. I tried to relate it somewhat to

hunting because I think hunting is like a microcosm of what life really is and I was really curious

how does Corey Jacobson deal with loss, sorrow or disappointment or failure and going over the loss

of a loved one is that's like next level you know highest level kind of disappointment.

Not the same as failing to kill an elk for the first time in 20 something years right. So

it's an interesting discussion and I want to talk I want to read a few quotes. So my favorite quotes
