So we did hill running technique, learned, you know, how to get up and downhills safely,

and then basically play what I call zombies on a hill.

So it's probably got a better name than that.

But essentially putting a group of kids on halfway up that hill, they're not allowed to run.

They can only move side to side.

And everyone else has to get past them to the top.

They're bad, their boys, and occasionally they talk about running.
